Abegail Morley
Abegail Morley was born and grew up in Lincolnshire and now lives in Kent. She studied English Literature earning an MA from Sussex University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Publishing from Exeter Art College. She went on to work in publishing and then in libraries. In 2008 she won the Cinnamon Press Poetry Collection Award. She is widely published, her work appearing in poetry magazines and anthologies. She is also a member of the Kent and Sussex Poetry Society, which holds open readings with a wide range of contemporary poets, monthly workshops, master-classes and the annual poetry competition.
