One of Rockingham Press Past in Pictures series about East Hertfordshire. Four vilages - Great Amwell, Little Amwell, Stanstead Abbotts and Stanstead St. Margaret's - seen in old postcards and photographs of a century ago.
This book is amazing and very historical. I like it a lot as I have now learnt about what my villages functions were. It looks extremely diferent and I really got interacted with it. The photos tell me so much about how traditional Stanstead Abbotts was and I am happy it has not changed. I am giving it 4 stars because it was set out in a orderly way and I understood a lot.
