Bluechrome was launched in 2002 as an independent publisher of poetry and literary or experimental fiction. A family concern, we published our first book in January 2003 and have since developed a reputation for spotting interesting and unusual fiction, which we have promoted alongside a growing list of high quality poetry.

Moving forward, we have underlined our commitment to continually improving the quality of our books by introducing an editorial board. This will oversee the editing and production of our poetry titles and is charged with ‘recruiting’ established poets to appear alongside the new and exciting talents that have so far featured on our lists.
