Julia Copus's other publications include In Defence of Adultery (2003) ó another Poetry Book Society Recommendation. She has won numerous awards for her poetry, including an Eric Gregory Award, an Arts Council of England Writerís Award, a Hawthornden Fellowship, and a BBC/Gulbenkian Foundation writerís bursary. In 2002, she won First Prize in the National Poetry Competition with ëBreaking the Ruleí. Her radio work includes an afternoon play, Eenie Meenie Macka Racka (2003) which was winner of the BBCís prestigious Alfred Bradley Award. The Enormous Radio, was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 in 2008. She has recently received funding from the Society of Authors for work on her third collection of poetry, and is currently an Advisory Fellow for the Royal Literary Fund.
