Great modern western haiku/senyru. Often captures a moment with great clarity and the distills an idea to it's bare minimum with great effect. Displays wit, humour, compassion, and updates the form for the modern age.

i came upon this book by chance and im glad i did.the haiku are simple, easy and give small moments a sense of something bigger.a few miss the mark but as a whole this is a very fine first effort.

This book is an amazing piece of modern poetry, some of the haikus really grasp todays youthful outlook on modern society. I would definitely recommend this book to poetry enthusiasts, and also to people who don't want to opt for complicated repetitive poems.
