Vahni Capildeo

Vahni Capildeo was born in Trinidad in 1973. She currently holds a Teaching Fellowship in Creative Writing at the University of Leeds and works freelance for the Oxford English Dictionary and the Caribbean Review of Books. Her poetry includes No Traveller Returns (Salt, 2003); Person Animal Figure (Landfill, 2005); Undraining Sea is the second full collection from this vastly talented poet.
